Gemma is the new super-automatic coffee machine by Astoria with an essential yet sophisticated design. This machine guarantees a top-quality Italian espresso thanks to the fact that the coffee is ground for each cup, dosed, pressed, and delivered following the same operations as those of a skilled barista. 

This is a professional coffee machine designed to sustain high productivity demands thanks to the use of independent boilers and rotary pumps, allowing continuous use even under intense operation and production.

Furthermore, the two standard grinders allow for simultaneous use of two different coffee blends or different grind settings according to the beverage to be prepared.

Gemma is surprisingly easy to use. At just the touch of a button, it delivers espresso coffee as well as - with the automatic cappuccino maker option - cappuccinos, lattes, coffee with just a dash of milk, warm or cold LCL (MilkCoffeeMilk), foamed milk, hot milk and many other beverages that can be customized.

It is now available in two versions. 

The Gemma TB (Touch Button) sports a 5.7” grayscale graphic display which, in addition to improving the operator interface, allows you to choose up to 40 preset beverages. In this case, the machine is equipped with a touch-button panel for program selection.

The Gemma TS (Touch Screen) has a 5.7” color touch screen display which, in addition to improving the operator interface, allows you to choose up to 40 beverages that can be customized by the user and selected directly on the display.
