Anxi county in Fujian province has started construction on a RMB150 million (US$22.8 million) tea garden devoted to tea culture.
The 27 Ha facility will encompass a 10km section of a Tieguanyin tea plantation showcasing tea production and traditional crafts.
Work is expected to be completed in three years.
