Finally, A Real Choice for the Tea & Coffee Business

COTECA (Tea Coffee Cocoa/Global Industry Expo)
September 20-22, 2012 – Hamburg, Germany

COTECA (Tea Coffee Cocoa/Global Industry Expo) – the industries’ leading international trade fair – takes place in Hamburg, which is Europe’s most appealing business destination for these industries. With its wealth of tea and coffee companies, Hamburg is the gateway for much of the products that arrive in Europe for consumption or for value-added processing, blending, and re-packaging.

Hamburg’s ports see large volumes of quality European-made tea and coffee products passing through as they are shipped around the world.
Hamburg Messe, Hamburg’s state-of-the-art exhibition center, is the ideal venue for COTECA which provides the world’s most popular beverages the platform to present their best tea and coffee products and all the equipment, machinery, supplies, services, beans and leaf required to bring them to market. There is always business to be done by tea and coffee companies in Hamburg, and COTECA provides the best possible venue to bring them together and help with the growth of your business, whatever segment of the industry your company is in.

Solid support
The first COTECA show attracted a lot of interest from the industry, and COTECA 2012, organized by Hamburg Messe (HM), has partnered now with October Multimedia (OM), publishers of Tea & Coffee Asia magazine and the soon-to-be launched (March, 2012) global tea and coffee trade publication STiR Tea & Coffee Industry Bi-Monthly. Hamburg Messe raised the standards and expectations of the tea and coffee industry with a first class event and conference, showing that finally, here is an event that delivers on its added value and promised results.
The partnership between October Multimedia and Hamburg Messe is ideal as it allows each party to concentrate on its core strengths. The HM team is known as world-class organizers of events, and OM is known for its global contacts and sales, and superior global publications in the field of tea and coffee. Hamburg Messe, while providing some sales support concentrates on making sure the show is a 5-star event and comes off without a hitch; OM while providing some organizational help concentrates on sales and marketing with its wealth of industry contacts and goodwill created by its publications. The result will be a win-win situation for the organizers and the industry. For the first time in Europe, the tea and coffee industries finally have an event at which their interests and concerns are being listened to.
“We’re a publishing company with great contacts in the tea and coffee businesses and the sales and marketing to go along with that,” said Glenn Anthony John of October Multimedia. “So it’s a great opportunity to combine our tea and coffee sales and marketing know-how with Hamburg Messe’s world-class organizational skills. Hamburg Messe, provides the lion’s share of the much-needed organizing to therefore complete the equation ‘tea+coffee=exhibition.”

Solid support
Germany’s leading tea, coffee and cocoa trade associations have added their solid and full support to COTECA as soon as it was announced.  And already many leading global tea and coffee companies have signified their intent to exhibit.
This groundswell of support is a clear indication that COTECA (Tea Coffee Cocoa/Global Industry Expo) is the right show offering the right choices in the right location.
“Hamburg Messe provides sound financial backing to the show; they are true professional ‘organizers’ that exhibitors always assume are behind a show, but are often not getting,” John said. October Multimedia’s support for COTECA extends into the organization of relevant, cutting-edge conferences and floor events
“We are committed to bringing the very best speakers to the conferences and to covering topics that are truly relevant and pertinent to the tea and coffee industries,” John promised, adding that “the floor events that we are planning are exciting, inclusive and guaranteed to enhance the experience and expand the boundaries of visitors and exhibitors alike.”
